Props List - Lucy

Here is a list of all the props we will be using during our thriller opening:

- Video Camera/Camera- We will not be using this video camera to film actual footage but are using it as a prop to show that the man is recording outside his house, to make sure each move of the youths is recorded. We want the camera to look a bit like this one; standard, compact and digital.

- Evidence Board - I made the evidence board by using an old map of my local area and pinning it to a notice board. I shaded in particular areas, used string to connect different places together and made up codes to link places to people. We also have attached other items onto the board such as fabric so it appears that it is from an item of clothing of one of the youths, narrowing down Duncan's search on finding them.

- Letter (abuse written on it) - This letter is going to be posted through the door with abuse written on it from the youths to Duncan. We want it to say something along the lines of "We'll get you one day", "You can't hide in there forever" or maybe just normal everyday slang such as "You're retarded, we're gonna kill you"

- Mug of coffee - We decided to have a mug of coffee rather than tea to show that Duncan needs the caffeine to keep him going, we want this to show that he stays up late at night researching into these teenagers lives to finally get revenge.

- Book (to record abuse shouted and occurrences) - We decided that we wanted a hard back, leather bound notebook for the protagonist to record what has happened and what has been said. This way, the book is protected and it is unlikely for anything inside it to go missing or be ruined.

 Globetrotter A5 Chocolate Notebook

- Ink pen (to write things teens are saying/doing) - We felt that our character would use something such as an ink pen to write what the youths are saying to show what kind of character he is, the ink pen shows that he is a mature adult. The ink pen also portrays a weird creepy character which we want the audience to feel about him.

  1. The evidence board is good - well done for this. Make sure that it's filmed in a way that it's really put to good use.
