We have chosen Leah and two other AS Theatre Studies students (Ana and Tom) to take part as actors in our Preliminary task.
We found props quite easy to find as we knew exactly how we wanted our piece of film to look like. Our props include: - A christmas tree (of any size, real or fake)
- A bed/makeshift bed i.e blocks, pillow and a duvet
- Glass of Milk
- Plate of Cookies
- Sack
- Christmas presents
For our location we thought that a Pod would be a good area because it is big enough to be able to film a sequence but is small enough to look like a bedroom (where our scene is placed). It is also an area which looks a lot less like it is set within our college making the sequence more believable and interesting for the viewers. We are also using the HD camera with lighting.
